Public booking API
The same requests the booking widget makes are available to your system: free slots, services, creating a booking, the waitlist. No authentication is needed; public forms are bot-protected and rate limited.
What you can pass when booking
- a gift certificate code or redeeming a visit from a subscription;
- answers to your own business questions;
- repeating the booking for several weeks ahead.
Webhooks
In the portal: "Integrations" → webhooks. Set a URL and events: new booking, reschedule, cancellation, visit completed, no-show, payment, tip, new client. Every request is signed with your secret — the signature and timestamp come in headers.
You can connect Make or Zapier without code. The detailed developer reference is in the project's API docs.
