1. General

1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data (hereinafter — PD) is processed under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

1.2. By using the service (registration, contact forms, dashboard), the data subject confirms they have read this Policy.

1.3. The operator processes PD on the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. What data is processed

• identity and contact data: name, email, phone;
• account and business data: name, site URL, legal details, uploaded documents;
• content of enquiries and form leads;
• technical data: IP address, cookies/local storage, browser and in-service activity (logs, first-party analytics);
• payment statuses and order identifiers (without storing full bank-card data with the operator when payment goes through a payment partner).

3. Purposes

• concluding and performing the Pagefold services agreement;
• creating and supporting the customer’s demo / website;
• handling leads and support;
• security, abuse prevention, usage limits;
• improving the service (aggregated / anonymised statistics);
• complying with the law.

4. Legal grounds

• data-subject consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ) — registration, forms;
• performance of a contract / steps prior to contracting (Art. 6(1)(5));
• the operator’s legitimate interests while respecting the subject’s rights (Art. 6(1)(7)) — security and anti-fraud.

5. Processing actions and retention

The operator collects, records, systematises, stores, updates, uses, transfers (when needed to provide the service), anonymises, blocks, deletes, and destroys data.

Retention: while the contract/account is active; leads — up to 3 years from the last contact or another period required by law; session cookies — until logout / expiry; security logs — up to 12 months unless law requires otherwise. After that — deletion or anonymisation.

6. Transfers to third parties

Data may be shared with hosting/cloud providers, payment systems, email/notification services, and LLM providers (only as needed for the feature) under contracts with confidentiality safeguards. Cross-border transfer — only with lawful grounds and protective measures.

7. Data-subject rights

The subject may request access, correction, blocking or deletion of PD, withdraw consent, and appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or a court. Requests: info@pagefold.ru. Response time — within the limits set by 152-FZ.

Account deletion is available to the owner under Portal → Profile (account data anonymisation).

8. Cookies and similar

The service uses necessary cookies/local storage for session and security and, with consent, to remember the banner choice and basic analytics. Details and withdrawal — in the site banner and on request to info@pagefold.ru.

9. Security measures

Organisational and technical measures: access control, encrypted channels (HTTPS), logging, backups, least-privilege staff access.

10. Roskomnadzor notice

Roskomnadzor notice details will be published after filing (or processing is carried out under applicable exceptions of Art. 22 of Federal Law 152-FZ — to be confirmed by the operator).

11. Changes

The current edition is published on the Pagefold website. Material changes are communicated via the service or email when a contact is available.
